Die Lage ist optimal, alles fußläufig erreichbar (Strand, Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Sitzgelegenheit auf Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich.
