I enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. Everyone was so helpful with all i required. The electricity was off for a few hours in the surrounding area and a member of staff took me to a grocery store out of area for me to purchase supplies etc at no cost. In the evening i was brought a drink and the staff checked that i was ok and comfortable during my stay. The breakfast was good but standard fare, rice,chicken veggies and crispy things, filling and tasty. I will stay in this hotel when i visit Palembang in the future and can recommend it highly to any other weary traveller
