Book the room with the balcony - otherwise it will be too noisy from other guests!
The staff tried to be helpful and provided us with everything we needed
Very cold inside, could see your breath during breakfast. The staff spoke limited English and the interactions were limited - we didn’t feel that warmth of hospitality as mentioned in other reviews. Quite an awkward slow service at breakfast - food comes first and gets cold before you get the plates to eat it

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück wurde extra für uns und zu der von uns gewünschten Uhrzeit vorbereitet und war reichhaltig und frisch. Das Haus ist sehr schön und charmant, das Zimmer zwar ein bisschen klein, hat aber alles, was man benötigt. Das Haus liegt in einer engen Gasse, aber in der Nähe gibt es einen Parkplatz (ca. 3 Euro pro Nacht). Durch die Lage ist das Haus sehr ruhig, was ebenfalls angenehm ist.

Excellent communication and responsiveness from Haytam and the team from the very beginning until the end of my stay, despite my late arrival.
The room was great, with a lovely terrace and daily cleaning. The riad is perfectly located, far enough from the heart of the medina to remain calm and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy everything within a 10-minute walk.
Breakfast was great as well.

Està situat a les agores de la medina i és fàcil i ràpid de trobar.
Vam demanar sopar al allotjament sobre les 20 i fins les 23 no vam sopar per un mal entès, ens van portar un sopar molt normalet (el que vam demanar) i ens van cobrar més del que ens costaria el mateix àpat a Barcelona. Un preu inacceptable i sense previ avís…
