Morning Beach Pension

We’ve been staying in South Korea for almost a month now, from Seoul to Busan and now to Jeju. The host was one of the most hospitable hosts we’ve ever met. We were only 2 women traveling to Jeju for the first time without a car and with elementary-grade Korean. He gives us really valuable advice on which transportation to take, where to eat, etc. He was very attentive to our needs and also to the rest of the guests’ needs. We arrived with two huge luggages, and even though he was busy personally attending to his daily management tasks, he personally helped us carry our bags to our room. It was a walk-up so it was really so much work, but he didn’t want us to do it ourselves. You can tell that he works so hard and tries to make sure each guest has the best time while staying in his property. The rooms are also very spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the ocean. We were able to refrigerate our drinks and food as well. On our last day, when he learned that we were gonna travel to Seogwipo by an Uber, he really made sure to check the address of our new hotel and speak to the Uber driver about our new location. I can’t make out exactly the details of what he said, but I think he really made sure that we would be driven safely. He also even asked for the driver’s contact number so he would be contacted in case there are any emergencies. That’s how attentive and concerned he was about us, which left us feeling touched. This makes one of the most memorable stays, so far because of the host. I hope his business continues to flourish and that he remains healthy til the next time we get to visit him.

Beautiful location, opposite the ocean. Easy access and we had an ocean view with a little balcony. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom was quite large, the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We walked to the horse lighthouses from the pension, it took just over an hour. It was so beautiful around sunset.
