O atendimento da Neuzita e equipe é ótimo. Ela foi super atenciosa e prestativa. A limpeza da pousada também é um ponto de destaque, assim como, o café da manhã, sempre com boas opções. Sobre a localização, a pousada fica localizada em uma subida da região, mas é fácil de chegar e sair a pé para o centro histórico, assim como, para as diversas trilhas. A pousada também oferece o contato de guias da região que facilitam o passeio para quem tem interesse.
No geral a estadia foi boa, não há algo que desabone. O local tem a subida entre o centro e a pousada, mas não é algo que atrapalhe, apenas é bom saber desse detalhe.

Bom café da manhã, possui geladeira, ar condicionado e espaço para lavar roupa
Faltam itens básicos, como suporte para shampoo, papel higiênico e espelho. Instalações antigas que precisam de reforma. Ficamos hospedadas uma semana e o quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez. Também não houve troca de toalhas. Escadas que impossibilitam a hospedagem de quem tem dificuldade de locomoção. A pousada está próxima ao centro, porém o trajeto possui muitas ladeiras. Funcionária pouco solícita
