Very tasteful new-built house with beautiful apartments, sea literally around the corner

In Summertime it must be a very busy, family-friendly place, but after main season it's just relaxing. The appartment is simply beautiful and our hosts are most friendly, rooted here (note: also winery family-owned! - taste Plavac!!). You can hike or go for a swim, a restaurant is still open in the next village reachable by foot or simply chill on the large terrace or balcony and enjoy the garden. You can encounter some cats or fishermen and the next shop is also almost 3km away in another villageafter main season. Some guests prefer this place as a relaxing base for further exploring the peninsula by car, but this corner has its charms, too and is worth staying.

Not worth the nice location

Apartment was open and keys left inside.

Shower was not working properly… water flowing only at a lower level, very difficult to shower. Then not enough water for us four to take a proper shower. Warm water ended mid shower. Guidance for heater given only after asking. Also big window door was left open and we couldn’t close it, so lots of mosquitoes entered during the night.

Everything was excellent !

A wonderful apartment with a breathtaking sea view from the terrace. Communication with the host was smooth and very pleasant. Together with my family, we spent an unforgettable holiday. Thank you, and we hope to come back again!

Amazing stay in Sreser

Very nice apartment in a beautiful new house, beach around the corner, also a shop nearby. We just love this peninsula, so Sreser is on our yearly to-do-list due to its good position and beautiful landscape.

Very pleasant stay in Sreser between swimming, good food, wine and hiking

Amazing stay in Sreser! From the beginnig on a very pleasant holiday, our host helped us getting there because the bus was too late, so we didnt manage the last kilometers on foot (we travel mostly CO2-friendly) - mostly we wanted to hike and swim and the beautiful surroundings of Sreser provided us fully with oppotunities. It was a good feeling to get home to this beautiful appartment surrounded by trees with big terraces, well equipped kitchen and fast hot water boiler for the shower. Also a shop is nearby. The owners family makes really good wine, the winery is in the city nearby, in Janina, just sayin'. :-)

Exceptional

Very nice and spacious apartment, well equipped, only two minutes from the beach, large terrace with great view. The host was very friendly and kind. If you are planning to stay in Sreser don't look any further.

Nice stay,

Good location on the island to choose as a home base. There is a lot of interesting beaches not far away, assuming you travel by car. If you enjoy grilling there is a really nice one on the premise with fire wood and all amenities you need for griling fish. Not far away (4 minutes by car), every day there is a fresh fish market (Plankton) which opens at 8 am. Should you prefer eating out just around the corner you have a restaurant with tasty food in relatively low prices. Nice host, spacious parking.

Peljesać ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert

Das gesamte Gebäude und das Apartment welches wir 2 Tage bewohnten wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien erbaut und eingerichtet. Es liegt sehr ruhig in der Nähe vom Meer und ein Restaurant sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt liegen in direkter Nähe. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und erhielten eine Flasche Wein als Gastgeschenk.

Auf den allerersten Blick macht die Wohnung einen schönen Eindruck, aber auf den zweiten Blick erkennt man einen recht großen Wartungsstau, Gardine zerrissen, Armaturen sehr verkalkt, ein dringender Anstrich wäre nötig, Jalousien defekt, die Möbel verkratzt, Balkontür total verzogen und fast nicht zu öffnen…. Für uns am schlimmsten war allerdings ein verschmutztes Apartment vorzufinden welches eine dringende Grundreinigung benötigt. Der Boden, die Möbel und Steckdosen waren total verstaubt, die Küche klebte und überall fanden wir Haare. Wir bereisen Kroatien seit vielen Jahren und sind unter anderem begeistert von blitz sauberen Unterkünften, in diesem Fall ist leider etwas schiefgegangen.

Нет нормальной коммуникаций с собственником апартаментов . Когда пишешь в букинге он не отвечает . Оказалось что он даже не знал что у него забронировали апартаменты . Много Комаров покусали жену и ребенка моментально . Вид из окон на кладбище . Не понравилось коммуникация с собственниками . Окно не закрывалось .

pohodlna a priestranna terasa pod stromami v tieni, dobra postel, vonkajsi krb, kusok do pekary, obchodu ci chlapikom co predavali ryby. Ticha lokalita. Majitel velmi mily a laskavy.
