About this house rental
Your home away from home is located in the heart of the Poconos. The home is no more than 5 or 10 minutes to all the best dining, attractions and shopping. This modern house is very well maintained. This is a smoke free home but we do permit smoking on the closed/heated back deck are. No pets unless they are service pets and we will ask that you provide paperwork. The home sleeps 14 but if you have extra guests you will need to discuss this prior to booking as there will be an additional fee. This is a private community but the pool and pool house you see comes with the house and is exclusively for you and your guests during May - September weather permitting. We also offer heating of the pool for an additional fuel charge of $300 per stay. All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap and starter toliet paper. We also provide garbage bags and liners in all garbage pales. We provide starter shampoo and soap. All linens and towels are provided. Feel free to bring your own but i can assure you they are new and clean. There is a theatre/game room in the basement. Regulation pool table, darts, card/game table and large screen 65" TV. We have some DVDs but they may not be your taste so feel free to bring your own. TVs are in 4 bedrooms upstairs and in main living room and basement. Some games are in the home (in the blue carpet room) such as operation & monopoly.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans/bake ware, plates utensils etc. We have a double oven and a double stove top to accommodate a large crowd for meals. We do not provide condiments or food of any kind to ensure the safety of the guests. You are responsible to remove and dispose of the trash and remove all perishables when leaving the home.
You will be able to contact us during your stay for any problems or questions. If there is something we can do all you need is ask.

Our family vacation (consisting of ages 18 mo to 71 yrs) was a blast at the house . First off , a " welcome package " was waiting for us inside the front door with plenty of helpful items & nice wine . The house was clean & ready for us when we arrived . We chose to heat the pool which was fantastic . The grandkids and adults enjoyed their time in the pool regardless of the weather . We did try to help out by keeping an eye on the skimmer so it didn't fill up with leaves from a rainstorm one night . The finished downstairs area was a hit with everyone .....a pool table, card table & theater room with big comfortable lounge chairs hit the spot , plus a full bathroom as well. There were plenty of bedrooms & beds for us with a total of 3 1/2 baths in the house . Outside in the pool house (a nice size with a refrigerator , couch & two ceiling fans ) was another full bathroom which was very convenient for everyone using the pool . The fire pit at night was also a hit for the grandkids .My only concern was the condition of the outdoor grill which previous renters appeared to have mistreated. The owners Jason & Jeannie were very gracious and even came by to apologize and were on their way to pick up a new one ( according to them , it was only 4 months old ...what a shame ). Almost everything in the house is labeled which was helpful , especially the light switches . The pans were a little worn & we brought our own pancake grill which worked out great .
The house is in a fantastic location .....from large supermarkets , fishing spots , paint ball ,a water park at Camelback ( indoor & outdoor ) , hiking trails ,a shooting range ( the grand sons really loved that ),shopping center outlets , Mt Airy casino and so many other things that were ALL from 2 - 7 miles away !!!

My family went here for 5 days in August 2018. The location was convenient to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, but near enough to anything you might need such as restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Also easy drives to nearby attractions such as Camelback, Great Wolf Lodge, Bushkill Falls, Lake Wallenpaupack and more.
The owners were very accommodating in that we showed up a bit earlier than anticipated for check in.
The house itself was very nice and we had no major complaints. Having your own pool with pool house to shower was great.
A few minor inconveniences..
The pinball machine wasn’t working for the kids unfortunately.
The living room/den, while beautiful and comfortable, has what appears to be white suede couches that are probably too nice for a rental, and when sitting on them, the owners ask that you use a blanket they provide to protect the couches. But that kinda of kills the look and the convenience when you return from a long day with the kids and activities.
They don’t have trash pick up regularly and you have to arrange your own pick up or take it away yourself.
Overall though, these were relatively minor inconveniences, and it was a good experience in our long history of rentals around the country and we would go back to them if they would have us.

I just came back from the poconos! We truly enjoyed this house! Plenty of space for everybody! The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures! The house is truly in the perfect location! 5-10 minutes from most attractions. The pool area is perfect for large groups. We spend most of the time by the pool. We went horse back riding just 5 minutes away. We went to the shooting range also 5 minutes away! The owners, Jason and Jeannie were just a phone call away. Thank you Jason and Jeannie!

It was a beautiful, clean home. Spacious and warm. The pool area was everything we wanted. There are no words the home and the hosts exceeded all expectations. My family and I had a terrific stay and we will be back again.
