Todo, lindo, limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, grande, espacioso, terracita, piscina muy cerca a la playa.

logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Terrasse bien exposée. Emplacement très calme car retiré de la circulation (donne dans une impasse). Amabilité et diligence de la propriétaire Carmen. Le gros plus que constitue la piscine privative pour les 4 appartements. A quelques minutes à pied de la superbe place d'Arénal d'en Castel et de ses restaurants. L'équipements de la cuisine qui permet de cuisiner. La literie est correcte. La salle de bains rénovée est très qualitative : grande douche à l'italienne...
L'absence de lave vaisselle mais il ne figurait pas dans l'inventaire donc ce n'était pas une surprise. Il faudrait un système de ventilation car dès que la maison est fermée même pour quelques heures remonte une odeur de renfermé... L'isolation phonique avec l'appartement au dessus est un peu légère.
