הצימר מפנק ומאובזר ג׳קוזי מעולה. ובעל הצימר הארי אחלה בחור דואג ואכפתי! הנוף מהמרפסת יפה ממש תמורה מצויינת למחיר נהננו מאוד.
הגינה קצת מלאה בעשבייה וזה נותן תחושה שחיה כלשהי יכולה לקפוץ משם (שום חיה חוץ מקיפוד לא קפצה משם . הייתי משקיע בפינת מנגל קצת יותר נוחה יש שם מנגל על סלע עם תאורה אבל הגישה היא מתחת לקקטוס וזה שובר את הגב. בסך הכל תמורה מעולה למחיר !
