The location is excellent

The breakfast could offer a little more

Good location in the old city.

Rooms a little old, very small lift that was often in use in the morning by cleaning staff.

Was allowed early check in of course!!

Not really but perhaps could improve the breakfast spread

Great location and the staff were super nice and helpful. Decently clean. Had a small but functional elevator

The first room we had absolutely reeked like something had died in it and they were trying to cover it up with perfume and air freshener. We left the windows open while we went out and it still stunk like death, so we asked to switch rooms which the accommodated the next morning, but sleeping in that smell was torture The jacuzzi tub didn’t work. Water pressure was just ok. The second room smelled like smoke at times. the whole second floor smelled like smoke. The breakfast had good variety, but nothing was really that great or memorable The bed was like sleeping on a stone slab it was so hard and the pillows were terrible. The WiFi was slow, couldn’t even watch Netflix It was basically the equivalent of staying at a motel 6 or unnamed hwy motel in the USA. Needs to be updated and nothing was particularly great, but it was acceptable
