    The hotel was wonderful and all went well. However, the third party booking organisation didn't provide enough information at all. Indeed, they didn't pass the hotels contact number even. I had to late check-in and I was waiting for the call as I don't have the number. But I didn't get any call then I searched for the number on Internet and gladly found them, they were very helpful and it was not a problem at all. Then I learnt the number was passed not my number at all rather a Bangkok number which wasn't reachable. Apart from these miscommunication, everything was very smooth. I definitely recommend this hotel. However, I would advise the billing t service to be improved.

    Booked this place on Agoda although when we arrived they did not have my contact details. Credit card used was someone else’s on booking site. Not sure what happened there. Thank goodness they kept a room for us. Paid at reception on check in. Everything was immaculate in room. They have just had a refurbishment and it was so lovely to stay here. Would definitely recommend this place.
