I am a regular visitor at Hotel de France, so having a quiet room is important. The friendliness & helpfulness of the young staff is outstanding ; as an older person I do not have great skills with tech communications, & the young lady receptionist helped me with skill & goodwill, which I hugely appreciated !
Some maintenance to the plumbing in my room may be required !

The location is ok and the host was friendly and helpful, and the wifi was good.
The booking.com details suggest there is a restaurant on site but there was not. The breakfast was only just adequate with no croissants, jam in a sachet and no hot food. I have stayed in 2 star hotels which offer better facilities so I thought it was expensive for what it was.
