It is well located, a short walk to the Malecon and a short walk to Parque Kennedy, and yet still fairly quiet. Close to the beach also means a nice ocean breeze. It is fairly large with a well stocked kitchen. On-site services were very helpful, responsive, and made us feel secure. Very good guide for visiting Lima.
Hot water is luke warm. Given Lima's climate, not such an issue. No table to eat at Shower would not work for people with limited mobility. While the Whatsapp response is very quick, the responses are very rote and can be very frustrating. Basically, fit in their system, don't ask questions, and everything is great For instance, even though they offered airport pickup, I could never get a response, despite several requests.

Great clean place and great location.
Although they seemed nice, the hosts were too over-bearing and pushy. There was a manual waiting for us in the apartment full of rules and regulations, I was hoping for more of Lima recommendations. I had only arrived for 2 hours and they sent me messages on making sure we check out on time. Also, I was not too keen with taking off my shoes in the apartment, as we've never been asked to do that.
