Awesome Location Located in the quaint Village of Elk Rapids.
You will be amazed at everything this charming Lake Michigan beach town has to offer. Stroll down the Boardwalk to the Pristine blue water of the East Bay a perfect beach for sun bathers and beach goers alike. Elk Rapids has something for everyone to enjoy from Gift shops a Theater, a Library, Ice cream shops, a Marina/Harbor, Tennis, volleyball/Basketball Courts, Boat access to Lake Michigan / Elk River and Bass Lake. There are several Restaurants from fine dining to pizza and burgers all within walking distance, and for that Craft beer fan Shorts Brewery is now serving beer and food right at the distributor here in Elk Rapids.This is a newly built cottage that is centrally located between 3 lakes in the Village of Elk Rapids. This adorable cottage is a 900 sq ft two bedroom one bath beach house that sleeps 4-5. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed that sleeps 2 on the bottom and a twin size bed on the top.The living room has a sleeper sofa.There is a full kitchen, with a microwave, stove, dishwasher full size refrigerator glass ware and pots and pans. All l the necessities needed for your stay. Furnished with a DVD and a 54 inch flat panel TV. Internet/Netflix. Weekly Rentals/Friday to Friday Preferred! NO Air Conditioning! NO Pets Allowed!

The property owners were wonderful to communicate with. The house was very clean, seemed pretty new, and near all sorts of beautiful beaches in Elk Rapids. We had everything we needed there.
