Einige Küchenutensilien(Toaster, Mikrowelle) fehlten und die Waschmaschine wurde von 2 Appartments genutzt, da sie im Außenbereich frei zugänglich war, konnte man nicht jederzeit Waschen, da sie oftmals besetzt war.

The location is pretty with views to Volterra and the tuscan countryside. The apartment is well decorated and the pools are pretty

The refrigerator did not properly cool food and we had to waste meats and dairy that we had brought with us, we notified the staff upon checking in and 2 men came for less than 3 mins, told us it just needed more time to get cold and left, it never got cold enough during our 3 night stay. There were endless flies in the apartment, to the point that we could not enjoy a meal in the apartment because they constantly swarmed our food and even just trying to relax in the evening was hard with the flies constantly landing on you. We had an apartment directly above the restaurant, so maybe that had something to do with it. There is no AC (which we knew) but with the heat this summer it would be nicer to have good quality fans in all of the rooms The 2 pools by our apartment did not have a shallow area for kids (there was a baby splash area but our kids were too old for that, but not old enough to just be in a deep end)
