10/10 would come again. Host was excellent and even send us photos of bears visiting while we were there. Bear sighted everyday we were there but 1. Bears in the parking lot, porch, and even looking into the hot tub. Kitchen pots, skillets, tools, all top of the line and not cheap ones falling apart. Wide porch with many chairs. We had a group of 15 and had plenty of space. The view was amazing! We were able to view the 4th of July fireworks and drone show from the porch even though we are over a mile away from the Space needle where they were shot off.We walked around the neighborhood and we definitely had some of the best views. Everything was clean and taken care of. No issues at all with finding anything dirty or unkempt. Only negatives was lack of pantry space, communication with the property manager (not house owner), and construction on the house next door (7/4/2026 but it looks close to completion)
