Gatlinburg Getaway is a spacious 3 story luxury log cabin; beautifully perched on the top of a wooded mountain, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. With 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths, Gatlinburg Getaway is large enough to accommodate multiple families, retreats, weddings, and reunions; easily sleeping 22 people. Vacationers will experience the warmth and beauty of the mountains, while conveniently being located 3 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg Getaway is truly a modern log home, rich in amenities including; a large two story family room, walls of glass, open kitchen, two fireplaces, central air & heat, a large hot tub, game room (including pool table and air hockey), loft, a 50A 250V outdoor outlet near the parking area for Electric Vehicle (EV) Level 2 chargers, High Definition Cable TV (including Discovery, ESPN, HBO, Cinemax), stereos, High Definition Smart TVs, DVDs, and Blue-Ray players. Gatlinburg Getaway also offers free wireless high-speed internet access, along with free long distance telephone service. For your convenience, a handicap friendly shower is located on the main level. Gatlinburg Getaway also offers a private picnic area and scenic overlook; with multiple charcoal grills and picnic tables. Imagine a beautiful fall day, enjoying a peaceful picnic or perfect BBQ, while overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

We had such a fabulous week staying in the Gatlinburg Getaway cabin! Fully stocked with all items needed and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. This cabin is ideal for large families looking to enjoy amazing views and quality time together. Having frequent bear sightings was an added bonus too! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back again.

It’s was an absolute amazing house beautifulAnd clean the view was amazing just wish we could check in early but that’s ok we showed up after 4. It was easy to get into. I mean what more could we have asked for. Everyone enjoyed themselves. We prayed and had church services there it was a women’s retreat so we didn’t go any where much

We all enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The only problem was when we first arrived, the breaker had popped for several of the bedrooms, but the host was quick with a response and we got it fixed in no time! The cabin was clean and the views were amazing! We had a wonderful time! notime! time!

We had a great stay in this place. Everything was as described plus it was decorated for Christmas. Layout was perfect for our group with two living areas and lots of bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The porch has lots of furniture so everyone can enjoy the awesome view. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family came to Gatlinburg for a family members wedding. The Gatlinburg Getaway was exactly as described! The home clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and magnificent views! In addition this home has ample parking! We had two trucks, and two SUV’s and had plenty of room! Most important , we had a family of bears come up on our deck and then open one of our truck doors! We will never forget!!

Beautiful home. Gorgeous views and amazing neighborhood. Absolutely recommend. The dryer wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Bears kept visiting. We stayed away but it was nice to see bears for the first time.

The listing is accurate for how desirable the cabin is in general and for how many it could accommodate. Our planned family gathering of 14 was reduced to 9 when one branch couldn't come but it let us spread out to 5BR & 5 baths with 2 large common spaces. Four kids ages 5-10 loved the pool table & air hockey. We visited community pool only once-too cold and not heated. A previous renter complained about the lack or limited amount of provisions. Considering possible occupancy of 15-20, that's too much to expect. Owner emailed complete and detailed manual 3 weeks ahead where all of that was explained. Internet and cable were great.

This house is at the top of the hill of all the properties. It has plenty of space for the whole family, we had 11 and it was perfect for that. The view is great and it’s close to the town and the park. The downsides to this property are the beds and pillows were uncomfortable (recommend bringing your own pillows) and the amenities are limited. The house didn’t provide some basics such as salt & pepper, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent (there were 2 pods but have to buy the rest). If you don’t mind packing these to bring with you or buying there then no big deal.

As our children grew into adults we made it a priority to gift experiences and opportunities for us to reconnect and for the children to continue to grow their relationships with each other. This years trip location was upon request, we took the family to Gatlinburg one year when they were in middle and high school and it was one of their best memories. This property was absolutely perfect for our growing family needs which now includes spouses, grand babies and our parents. Everyone had their own room, and bathroom for privacy or for when littles needed naps. The large living room and kitchen provided enough space for everyone to share in a meal or just to share about what they did that day. The views from the porch are some of the most spectacular I have ever seen, and as an avid traveler I've seen some pretty fantastic views. We found ourselves spending most of our time watching the sunrise, and watching the sunsets on the porch and then spending the days in town. I gave this property 5 stars, and it was well deserved. Perfect location, perfect views, perfect layout with things for everyone of all ages to do. Everyone had fun, even the teenagers ;) Thank you for sharing your home with our family. Amanda

We loved staying at your property. The large open living room/dining room/kitchen allowed us to all play games each night, eat meals together, snack & play. Everyone had their own rooms to retreat when tired. It was decorated like Disney did it and was so cute and charming. I'm so used to basics only, this was a real delight. We had 8 adults and 7 grandchildren, mostly pre-teens and they loved, loved it all. Two granddaughters kept sneaking out to read on the porch swing for hours. It was like they had their own world. The weather was amazing and the views were breathtaking and we caught ourselves often just staring. The hot tub was a bonus and we never had time to visit the club pool because we were so happy just being in the cabin. Thank you for sharing it with us. Lifetime memories were made here & we hope to go back again.

Perfect spot for some relaxation time in the Great Smokies. The property worked well for our group of 12 friends and we loved the views from the deck! We loved being perched on the mountains above the town of Gatlinburg. Lots of bed space and four bathrooms was just what we needed. Nice hot tub as well for some in our group. Would definitely recommend staying at Gatlinburg Getaway!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house fit 16 of us, no problem. The kids and teens didn’t seem to mind the couch beds. Plenty of bathrooms and space for all. The decks and view were spectacular. The only hiccup we had was getting midweek garbage pickup. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help collect it for us. We would definitely stay again!

We booked a 3 night stay. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has all you will need to make meals for your family. The private view in the hot tub was very pleasant. The cabin was very clean. I would highly recommend this cabin.

The cabin flooded less than a week before we were to check in. Floors, cabinets, doors, etc had to be pulled out & replaced. We just knew our Christmas Family Vacation wasn’t going to happen but Phillip worked tirelessly & went above & beyond to make it happen. The cabin was lovely & we had a wonderful time. Our family had a terrific week at Gatlinburg Getaway! Spacious cabin with a lot of natural light and amazing views. Awesome location. The cabin was equipped with everything you’d expect. Plenty of towels, dishes and pots & pans to cook a few family meals, and starter supplies. Super easy checkin and checkout process! The owners very clearly communicated all information we needed for our stay. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the home, which has never been a problem with any other vacation home we’ve stayed in. It looked like the cleaning service hadn’t vacuumed, dusted, or wiped down tables/counters. We also found trash in between one of the beds and the wall, as well as in a few of the pool table pockets. I would consider staying at this property again if it were properly cleaned.

This was the second time renting this property. It met our needs before and met them again. Large enough for everyone to spread out while maintaining great common areas. The development is quiet and close to downtown, the smokies and pigeon forge. The view is still a knockout.

We loved the cabin. There were 13 family members who enjoyed the space. We had an a/c break. The cabin owner was very helpful and got us 3 portable units. Management finally found a vendor to fix the a/c 4 days later. I would definitely use this cabin again. So fun.

We had a Great trip here with my mom who turned 75, my siblings and everyone's kids. Beautiful home with great views. Lots of sleeping room for everyone. We enjoyed hanging out both inside the cabin and outside. The porch was a great place to relax and socialzie.

This was the first time for me and my family to be in TN or to stay in a cabin. We were extremely impressed and enjoyed our time (wish it was longer) . The only thing I would say is for the check out to be a little later. By noon would be nice. It was difficult to be out and about the night before and for all of us including kids to be out by 10. Thank you so much for this time.

It was all great. The view was awesome. But all toilets could use update. And cookware . Really be nice if a electric griddle be included. Our family did lots of cooking for breakfast and dinner.
