Amazing Stay at Theanna Villa!

I recently stayed at a Theanna villa in Canggu and it honestly exceeded every expectation. The moment I walked in, I felt like I had stepped into my own private paradise. The villa was beautifully designed — modern yet warm — with spacious rooms, a super comfortable bed, and thoughtful touches everywhere. The private pool was the real highlight. Crystal clear water, surrounded by lush greenery, made it the perfect spot for lazy mornings and golden-hour photos. The living area opened right into the pool, giving that dreamy Bali indoor–outdoor vibe. Location was perfect too — tucked away in a peaceful lane, but still just minutes from cafes, spas, and the beach. Canggu’s energy is amazing, and coming back to such a serene space every day felt like the best of both worlds. The staff deserves a special mention. Friendly, quick to help, and always smiling — they made the stay feel extra personal and effortless. From daily cleaning to arranging transport, everything was smooth. Overall, this villa made my Bali trip unforgettable. If you’re looking for comfort, style, and a true Canggu experience, this place is a 10/10. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Unreal experience! Can’t wait to stay again. Location is perfect can walk to all the main places, while it is slightly off the main area so quiet. We had a private pool in the villa which was awesome and staff were amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough :)

The perfect balance of private villa & hospitality

Couldn’t have asked for a better way to start our visit to Bali. We stayed here for 4 nights and only wished it was longer. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive and made the effort to know us by name. The concept itself is perfect, you get your own private villa and pool to enjoy your own space but also get the hospitality side of things with the bar/restaurant, reception, spa and communal pool. The location is ideal, close to everything but still blissfully quiet. The whole place was impeccably clean and we’d come back to our room cleaned and beds turned down every day. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast here a few mornings and were attended to each day by Sintra who was great. We really do hope to be back one day as had a brilliant stay.

A blissful experience

Everything! The staff were fantastic and our villa was beautiful. At the restaurant, our wait staff were warm and friendly, remembering our names and even our favourite dishes! Our villa was spacious, airy, and so tranquil that we wished our stay was longer. We wanted for nothing. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Bali.

Everything about this was amazing - the location - a stones throw away from restaurants and bars but so so peaceful, the villa - perfectly laid out, spacious, clean - everything we needed and more, spa - we had the couples ‘down to earth’ package - fantastic, so relaxing! And the staff - superb, could not do enough for you, so friendly, every member of the team we saw greeted us by name- absolutely outstanding place, we loved it and will definitely go back!

Fabulous place to stay and dine

We just spent five days at Theanna villas and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa itself was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay in Canggu and the private plunge pool was a bonus. The location is excellent being just off the main road, and you could not hear the traffic and chaos of Canggu itself from the Villa complex. The staff were very friendly and incredibly attentive. The restaurant was exceptional. We had a fabulous breakfast every single day and had dinner at the restaurant several times - which served excellent food at a very reasonable price. The staff in the restaurant were just lovely and helped make our stay truly delightful. If we visit this area, we would definitely stay here again

The staff were super friendly and provided great service. I was there on my birthday and they surprised me with a sweet gesture! The villa was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Warm and friendly staff at the property. Very attentive service and very hospitable.

The TV screen is very reflective (looks like a mirror) and the output is unclear. The spa area for the foot soak is in an open area and not conducive. The spa also doesn’t offer a warm drink after the massage session.

Absolutely loved it, dream villa to stay in – would book again in a heart beat!

We loved this villa! and wish we had stayed longer. The room itself is a really generous size in comparison to some other places we stayed at during our trip, and it was so comfortable and spacious. The bathroom as well, and the outdoor shower bathtub! Not to mention having a private pool for yourself was wonderful and relaxing! We really enjoyed spending time in the day beds and in our own pool and spaces. As well as the shared space pool which was bigger. The staff are also super helpful, they would come every night to spray and put things to help repel mosquitos, as well as doing a full resort spray thing when we were there. We never got bitten by any mosquitos, these people really went above and beyond! Would definitely book again!

The only thing we didn't love is that we did book a message at their facilities and it was okay! Hard because there are so many options and places to go for a massage in Bali in Canggu but definitely felt that it could have been a bit better.

Amazing villa- just what I was looking for on honeymoon

Loved everything about this villa! It felt really cosy as there was wooden architecture and the bed outside by the pool was supper supper nice!! Also the shuttle provided was so useful as I could easily get around and beat of all it was free!! The pool is tremendous and so is the on site restaurant. The villa really really feels luxury!! A amazing experience and defo a place to book if you would like a relaxing villa in Bali!!

Fabulous villa in Canggu

the villa was perfect for us as a couple, the pool was particularly fabulous. the room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. the bathroom was clean and we had a free upgrade to a villa with a spa bath.

the villa was occasionally not cleaned until early afternoon unless we put out the sign to have our room cleaned. we didn't go to the restaurant on site as it was not overly appealing.

From the moment we arrived at Theanna Villa and Spa, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The warm hospitality and seamless check-in set the tone, with clear information, a thoughtful tour of our villa, and helpful tips about amenities and mosquito precautions. Communication was a breeze via WhatsApp – so easy and responsive. The staff have been absolutely lovely, respectful, and always ready to help. One of the most touching aspects of our stay was how they interacted with our baby – constantly offering to hold her, play with her, and give us time to relax and enjoy our meals. The restaurant team in particular were amazing – especially Putri, who absolutely adored our little Rae-Rae and made our daily breakfast trips and pool time truly exceptional. It felt like we were part of a big, welcoming family. Our villa was perfect – private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We loved the seamless transition from the shower to the pool, the calming water feature, and the outdoor courtyard that added an extra touch of serenity. Housekeeping was on point every day, and the nightly turndown service was such a thoughtful, luxurious touch. My wife also had a spa experience – a massage and body scrub – and said it was serene, delightful, and deeply relaxing. She felt so well rested and loved the warmth and professionalism of the spa staff. The shuttle service was a total lifesaver, and again, the team was friendly and super accommodating. The food? Delicious – high quality, great variety, and well-priced. The main pool and restaurant areas were also incredible and beautifully maintained. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I tend to notice the finer details – and I can honestly say this has been my best stay anywhere in the world. From the pre-arrival communication to every moment during the stay, I genuinely cannot fault a single thing. Thank you, Theanna, for creating such a memorable experience. Exceptional accomodation!!

Could not fault Theanna! Everything from the rooms, to the staff, the cleanliness and everything in-between. The tranquility of the grounds and villas is amazing, considering its location in Canggu. We were so impressed during our stay, and to top it all off we were blown away by the offer to come back for a shower before our flight. 10/10 from us and we will absolutely be back!
