Apartment Grand

The property is very conveniently located. The hostess arranged an airport pick up for us which made it stress free getting there, despite a long flight delay. The hostess very graciously waited for us, too. There are two "Clubs" in very close proximity, which can be good or bad depending on what you're into! The A/C worked great! which was very important during this awful heatwave! The climb to the 3rd floor felt arduous at times, but the relief was the A/C'd room that awaited us! We would recommend this stay for fit, fun friends, for sure!

As long as you know about the third floor locale ahead of time, you can prepare.

Location is excellent, just north of the Diocletian palace walls. Most things of interest in Split are easy walking distance, including ferries, buses and trains. The apartment (Grand 1) is a good size for a 3 person family (1 double bed and 1 single bed, separate living and cooking areas) and would probably be okay for 4 people if the sofa bed was used. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (as is Grand 2), providing decent views and plenty of light. The downside is that there are quite a few stairs. The apartment is fairly well equipped and includes a washing machine, which is unusual in our experience.

Only minor things. The main thing worth mentioning is that it can be a little noisy, both from other apartments and from street noise. As you might expect, this is more noticeable on weekends and holidays than during the week.

Very spacious and a great location.

Location was best. Similar to Hotels Corner, Coronaro, etc in the Split, Croatia. Same location.

Bed sheets, AC, Shower (Too small to fit into and hot water would run out after one person). We developed rash from the bed sheets or something from AC. We would be fine when outside. Strange. We did not have any food allergies as the Host thought we did.
