The worst owners

The apartments may deserve more appreciation, but the attitude of the owners deserves only zero. I'm attaching a photo. 1. Amenities and cleanliness: everything has been worn out for a long time and requires major repairs and replacement, dirt everywhere, black mould in the shower, the sewerage in the shower works poorly mirror one and at а height of about 140 cm and the children could not use it, the gas light bulb was twisted with a mirror and lay on top, in the corridor instead of a hanger and a seat there is an old broken refrigerator, in the kitchen on all the furniture handles there is old dirt, there is garbage on the cabinet after repair, there is one socket in the bedroom and it is blocked by a bed, chairs on the balcony are broken. 2. Attitude of the owners: there was no toilet paper at check-in and there were only 4 small towels. The paper was brought later and given 2 old worn-out large towels for 4 people. The stove didn't heat well and we couldn't boil the water in 30 minutes, I sent a message to the owner, but he ignored it. Conclusion. This condition of the apartment and the behaviour of the owner indicates complete disrespect for the guests and bullying. Such owners have no right to be in the tourism business, their place is to ask for alms.

Хорошие апартменты. Удобное местоположение. Прекрасное сочетание цены и качества. Советую для отдыха

Хорошие апартменты! Оборудовано всем необходимым. Хозяева решали все возникающие небольшие вопросы быстро. По просьбе поменяли полотенца. Вся техника и кондиционеры в рабочем состоянии. За каждым номером закреплено парковочное место. Море в пешей доступности около 10 минут, без крутого подьема. Хороший пляж, кафе. Рядом есть небольшой магазин.

отсутствие стиральной машины (хозяева решили вопрос со стиркой легко и качественно). Не очень хорошая звукоизоляция, особенно со стороны лестицы.
