Obiekt dobrze położony, wyposażoną kuchnią i łazienką. Balkon na park, blisko plaży i promenady. W obrębie apartamentowców trudno zaparkować, ale przy wjeździe na osiedle parking bezpłatny w weekend.

Obiekt nosi już ślady użytkowania, wyposażenie nie jest najnowsze, ale nadal funkcjonalne.

Ładny wystrój, wygodne łóżka, blisko plaży, promenady i przystanków autobusowych, mimo tego cicha okolica.

Odbiór kluczy odbywa się w biurze, które jest dosyć daleko od apartamentów, co jest uciążliwe dla osób podróżujących innymi środkami transportu niż auto.

Parc Zdrojowa is 5 minutes to the South and the beach and promenade are to the North and West so a great location for those activities. The apartment is on 2 levels and has a separate tv room so that may be good for the kids.

Collecting the keys is annoying because they are held in an office location about 25 minutes walk away. After a long journey you want to be able to access the keys on the site of the apartment. It also makes checking out more difficult. Also the oven door was missing, which we were told about, but the office did not seem to care much and said to make a complaint if we didn’t like it. I have stayed in several locations in Swinoujscie and this apartment is Overpriced I think. But it is near the beach and that is why.
