Good location for the beach and a decent apartment but overpriced and difficult to get keys

Parc Zdrojowa is 5 minutes to the South and the beach and promenade are to the North and West so a great location for those activities. The apartment is on 2 levels and has a separate tv room so that may be good for the kids.

Collecting the keys is annoying because they are held in an office location about 25 minutes walk away. After a long journey you want to be able to access the keys on the site of the apartment. It also makes checking out more difficult. Also the oven door was missing, which we were told about, but the office did not seem to care much and said to make a complaint if we didn’t like it. I have stayed in several locations in Swinoujscie and this apartment is Overpriced I think. But it is near the beach and that is why.

Perfect space for up to 4 people.

Had to drive to another location to pick up the key. The same on the way out. Owner please install a lock box by the front door for future guests to be able to get inside without driving a few miles down the road to get the keys. Last night of stay there was no warm/hot water. We were unable to shower at night and did not have a choice and had to shower in COLD water in the morning before we hit the road. Thin walls... someone with small kids stayed next door and every night late into the night we heard kids running around screaming! Had to get toilet paper (was informed by management company we had to buy toilet paper if what was left there wasn't enough). Dont pay for parking garage. Plenty of parking on the premises and around the grounds for you to park your car.

Small place which needs maintenance and MOSQUITO nets !

Close to promenade and city centre.

The apartment is much smaller than the pictures. There are lots of MOSQUITOES in the apartment which were not mentioned in the description and they don't do anything about it - no mosquito nets or repellants. Our baby had a bad time sleeping at night. In general the apartment is OLD and is in a bad shape and needs maintenance. There is no microwave or oven which is very important for a family. The worst part is picking up the keys and returning which needs to be done in ANOTHER PLACE 3.5 kms away !! Ofcourse our return key was picked up by the cleaning staff but the procedure should be mentioned clearly in the description. In general not good for families and not value for money.

Die Wohnung war sauber,mit dem nötigsten für den Alltag ausgestattet! Super war die Lage, Ruhig und schön Nahe zur Promenade 👍!!

Perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Swinemünde

Die Lage ist perfekt in Strandnähe und an der Promenade Das Apartment ist mit zwei Klappsofas ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch mit mehr als zwei Personen dort gut aufhalten kann. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Deutschsprachige Ansprechpartner vor Ort - insgesamt positiv zu bewertende Einrichtung

Zur Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir in die Hauptzentrale (ca. 3 km vom Appartementkomplex entfernt). Nach einer anstrengenden Bahn-Reise mit Koffern waren wir auf ein Taxi angewiesen. Kostenpunkt ca. 20 Euro.

Das 140 m Bett für 2 Personen ist grenzwertig bemessen. Eine Persson hat mit einer zusätzlichen Klappmatratze (vom Veranstalter zur Verfügung gestellt) auf dem Balkon genächtigt, um die nächtliche Enge erträglich zu machen. Bei der Abreise konnten wir allerdings nach Rücksprache die Schlüsselübergabe an die Reinigungskraft übergeben, so dass wir nicht noch einmal ein Taxi nehmen mussten. Das zur Verfügung gestellte Klopapier von 3 Rollen war etwas knapp bemessen. Das Schlafsofa war sehr ungemütlich und hart. Einige Küchenschränke waren von außen etwas fettig-klebrig.

Obiekt wygodny, położony blisko promenady, wygodne dojście do plaży.

Apartament rzeczywiście - jak opisano w ofercie duży. Nasza 6-cio osobowa rodzinka wygodnie się w nim ulokowała. Położenie blisko promenady. Duży balkon zapewniał wygodny wieczorny odpoczynek. Wyposażony we wszystkie możliwe udogodnienia. Dojście do plaży - chyba najwygodniejszym w Świnoujściu, wybetonowanym zejściem zajmuje 5 minut.

Za minus uważam położenie mikrofali na szafce kuchennej - nie należę do osób niskich, ale żeby ją bezpiecznie obsłużyć - trzeba wdrapać się na krzesło 😀 minusem jest także wysoka cena parkingu podziemnego.

Wyposażenie mieszkania, kontakt z biurem. Wszystko w porządku.

Palący papierosy sąsiedzi z okolicznych balkonów. W nocy niestety, pomimo wysokich temperatur, musieliśmy spać przy zamkniętych oknach. Nie dało się oddychać.

Hier nicht noch einmal…

Größe war ausreichend für 1 Erw. + 2 Kinder Balkon schön groß aber nur 2 Stühle ( + Tisch ) - wir waren aber mit drei Personen angemeldet… Lage gut. Dicht zur Promenade und Strand.

Von allen Apartments hatte unsere wohl den geringsten Charme und die größten Macken. Duschtür großer Spalt nach oben. Stift beim Verstellen der Höhe des Duschkopfes hatte man gleich in der Hand ( rostig, defekt ). Gardine zerrissen. Kleiderschrank war eher eine Aufbewahrung für Putz- Utensilien ( Staubsauger, Besen, Kehrschaufel, Eimer, Wischmob, Bügelbrett… ) - somit kaum Platz für Klamotten. Da reichen auch die paar eklig klebenden Kleiderbügel nicht… Zierkissen verschmutzt - glaube auch nicht, dass das Kissen und die Zierdecken von der Reinigungsfirma regelmäßig mitgewaschen oder ausgetauscht werden… Insgesamt war die Optik auch nicht ansprechend - 2 kleiden Bilder von Oma‘s Dachboden retten da nix… In manchen Apartments sind Hunde erlaubt - wenn die bellen, schallt es in der Anlage sehr.

Waren zwei Paare, wichtig waren uns zwei Schlafzimmer… das eine war leider mit einen Hochbett ausgestattet 🫣ist vielleicht gut wenn man mit Kindern da ist aber für uns war es enttäuschend.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Spielplatz

Die Lage war super, sind mit zwei kinder angereist und der Spielplatz direkt vor der Nase war einfach super. Wir konnten in wenigen Minuten zur Promenade laufen und auch direkt am Strand.

Leider ging das W-lan sehr schlecht bezüglich garnicht aber das war jetzt nicht großartig schlimm.

Tudo estava maravilhoso! A localização é muito boa, pertinho da praia. O apartamento estava bem limpo, tinha tudo que precisávamos e mais, como cadeiras de praia e varal para estender as roupas. O condomínio tinha um parque infantil, onde minha filha pode brincar bastante com os diferentes tipos de brinquedos.

Rewelacja, polecam!

Apartament był czyściutki, wyposażenie kuchni bardzo bogate, kompletnie niczego nie brakowało do samodzielnego utrzymania porządku. Łóżka wygodne, wszystkie sprzęty AGD i RTV sprawne, bardzo ładny apartament, dużo opcji klimatycznego oświetlenia każdego z pomieszczeń, duży balkon. Na wyposażeniu dwa parawany, leżaki, młotek do parawanów. Dużo podróżujemy, jednak nigdy nie trafiliśmy na tak świetnie wyposażony apartament z tyloma opcjami wyboru przedmiotów różnego rodzaju do korzystania, od łazienki, przez kuchnię i plażowanie. Tylko spakować ubrania i kosmetyki, reszta już tam jest. Brawo!
