Excellent value and lovely place to explore Eindhoven from

Compact little apartment with helpful hosts, nicely furnished with everything needed for a couple of nights stay. Quiet area of town with a nearby shop (Jumbo), and easy buses into Eindhoven. Plenty of parking just off the road around the property, felt very safe.

Booking.com website requests an arrival time before the room is available (at 14:30) so set your estimated arrival time to be after that. Can hear the hairdryer from the other room, but only faintly.

Decent and tidy place, limited heat over winter

The room is small but has all essentials, the place was clean, nice shower. I met the owner for few minutes, he gave me all info and the keys, no need to interact with him more on my 2 nights stay.

Only 2 hours/day heating was working, no heat over night. I would have prefered turning the heater myself on and off depending on my needs as outside weather was really bad.

First the property owners are great people. They made check in and check out very smooth for me. There was a huge snow storm that day in Eindhoven, and they also offered to pick me up from airport. On the next morning they take me back to the airport, which was amazing. The property is very cozy and clear, everything a one person may need. They also gave me a beer free-of-charge as a welcome. I highly recommend this place.

My room was cold when I arrived, but got warm very soon. Probably they did not expect a guest to book and check-in at around 19.00h in the evening. So, everything fine.

Great, cheap place in a quiet neighbourhood with a lot to offer!

Really great place. It's cheap, ina very quiet and safe neighbourhood, supermarkets and restaurants/snack places nearby, good to reach with a bus and they have a kitchen with utensils if you want to cook yourself.

Quiet and comfortable

Excellent place away from busy loud noises, very comfortable.

A minor detail that you had to leave a tiny window slightly open in order to close the curtain. Not really important for me.

B&B in a residential area

They provided self check-in if they were too busy. There were some bikes for free I could ride as Dutch people. Many green parks around this house. It's quiet and peaceful during the nights btw.

It's a bit far from the town centre. I needed to take a bus to get the property. Not sure if there were some restaurants or bars. If you like to enjoy night life then skip this property. Otherwise perhaps this might be an option for you.

Great communication and good value, but you might need a car or some decent trainers!

Clean room, ideal for a short self catering stay. All the amenities you'd need. Communication was good, being kept up to date by hosts of important things. Wifi was suitable and you could tell attention to detail had been made to the best of the hosts ability.

Limited noise control, even with windows shut, you could hear music being played outside the home which penetrated through the walls with some ease. Quite far out from anything if you want to visit the city. Long walk to bus stops, around 20 minutes. Wouldn't advise at night, as you'd walk for about 5 minutes through a dark, wooden area. It wasn't the easiest building to find, but hosts did their best with instructions on arrival. Quite a humid room.

Really nice location. It's a tad far from city center, but you get free bycycles for your stay. It's in a quiet residential area, with a supermarket and a few shops nearby. The kitchen had a microwave, coffe machine, there was a fridge and a water cooker and plenty kitchen utensils

Place definitely exceeded my expectations! Great value, great hosts, very close to bus stop so traveling with all my luggage was simple. Had use of a bike which was extra bonus! I would stay here again, shower was great, bed was very comfortable! Room had everything necessary for a good stay
