Compact little apartment with helpful hosts, nicely furnished with everything needed for a couple of nights stay.
Quiet area of town with a nearby shop (Jumbo), and easy buses into Eindhoven.
Plenty of parking just off the road around the property, felt very safe.
Booking.com website requests an arrival time before the room is available (at 14:30) so set your estimated arrival time to be after that.
Can hear the hairdryer from the other room, but only faintly.

First the property owners are great people. They made check in and check out very smooth for me. There was a huge snow storm that day in Eindhoven, and they also offered to pick me up from airport. On the next morning they take me back to the airport, which was amazing. The property is very cozy and clear, everything a one person may need. They also gave me a beer free-of-charge as a welcome. I highly recommend this place.
My room was cold when I arrived, but got warm very soon. Probably they did not expect a guest to book and check-in at around 19.00h in the evening. So, everything fine.

The room is small but has all essentials, the place was clean, nice shower. I met the owner for few minutes, he gave me all info and the keys, no need to interact with him more on my 2 nights stay.
Only 2 hours/day heating was working, no heat over night. I would have prefered turning the heater myself on and off depending on my needs as outside weather was really bad.
