位置離東門夜市很近，離宜蘭火車站走路約10分鐘，附近走路3-5分鐘即有在地好吃的美食，亦有全聯超市，生活物資上是方便的，房間大小二單床，空間可，浴室只有淋浴，但衛浴設備翻新過，使用上是舒適的，在頂樓吃早餐，早餐簡單乾淨，配上宜蘭的市景，是美好的，以暑假星期六晚上的價格，實屬划算。
飯店是老大樓拉皮翻新的飯店，大廳簡單，房間冷氣雖是新的分離式冷氣，但是品牌非一般常見的，運作時發出之聲響可能會影響睡眠，若挑選較常見之品牌，可能無此影響
