The location was perfect.

We were disappointed with the preparations and cleanliness of the hotel. One of the toilets did not have a toilet seat, thus very unhygienic and uncomfortable, which we requested to our host but this was never fixed. In addition, the water heater needed battery replacement which was also requested and thankfully fixed by our host the same day. In addition, we were 4 people and each room had a stackable bed. However 2 people had to sleep next to eachother in each bed because both lower mattresses of both stackable beds had dirty sheets with stains and boot prints. The upper mattresses were in better condition but still not up to par: the bedsheets did not look new and clean, they had a light-yellow color. The ceilings in both rooms as well as the livingroom was filled with spider webs. We even found a cockroach in the kitchen on the second day. The livingroom TV did not work. The bedroom TV worked but was snowy. Boths TV's were not smart TV's.

Walter Washington keep up,before we got there. Not clean,floor close to bed, bed linen duty, towels steam, needs a lot work to keep this place in good condition
