The swimming pool and spa were excellent. The massage professionals were excellent
The location and food was excellent
HUGE ISSUE OF THE SPA AND OUTDOOR POOL NOT OPEN UNTIL 10am. How does one stay healthy if I cannot swim early in the morning. Very very poor management and understanding of human health.
1. Advertising a Spa hotel and then having to pay a daily rate to use the facilities is totally unacceptable.
2. No small size portions no for children. Therefore increasing the budget huge financial outlay at the end of the stay.
3. Having a poolside bar that had nothing but smoothies and alcohol.
4. Having an ice cream area at the pool bar that had no ice cream in it for enjoyment of adults and children.
5. No poolside snacks.
6. Dangerous tiles around the indoor pool and children and adults were falling and sustaining injury every day. Clearly these large times are not NON-SLIP. They are a danger. No-one acknowledged this and doing nothing about this health and safety issue.
7. We booked the large house and we’re put into the main hotel rooms, yet the house was free of occupancy.
8. Please be honest in your advertising and please respond when clients ask for information. My husband is Romanian, yet could not contact the resort in order to speak with anyone pre- arrival.

🇳🇴🇷🇴Fantastic place 🤩 View, staff, owners, food, spa 👌 Everything 🤩 Our plan was to stay for 1 night 🙈🫣 It ended up with 4‼️🤩 We just didn’t want to leave 🤩 My boyfriend hurt his foot earlier, and the people here took so good care of us‼️
They called the hospital and sent a person with us to the emergency 🚨 just to make sure everything was ok ❤️ V.I.P. feeling all the way🤩🙏 Also from the 🏩hotel ➡️ hospital 🏥👨⚕️ ➡️ pharmacy 💊💉 ➡️ and back 🏩🤩😍👍
Our stay at this hotel and România overall 🙏❤️🇷🇴 The people are so friendly and helpful ❤️🇷🇴❤️ I will totally recommend everybody to come here 🙏 Both to the country and Forest Retreat and Spa 🌳🇷🇴✅❤️ 10 of 10‼️

Had issue with 1st Room (111) was not up to standard, 2nd room (101) were better
Late note:
recived massge after booking that the spa its not incloded so we had to pay with 50% discount. Amount is small and value is great but should be mentioned erlier befor booking.
