The owner was very welcome.
We had a floor apartment which was great as it was cooler.
It had all we needed and the beds were fine to sleep on.
It should be cleaned thoroughly after each visitor.
It is quite a long way to the beach, so you have to use a car.
It would be great if it had some ventilation, as it is hard to bring air in the apartment as the second bedroom and bathroom are without windows.
I would say the price should be around 60/80€ max for what you get.

Za jednu noć izdržljivo
Apartman nije bio baš čist, puno dlaka u kupaoni na jako vidljivim mjestima, kod kreveta puno prašine, iza noćnog ormarića se nije čistilo dosta dugo. Inače sam alergičar i nije baš bilo ugodno za vidjeti i spavati na takvom mjestu. Kako smo bili u prizemlju, soba se dosta osjetila na vlagu. Za duže boravke ne preporučujem, a za jednu noć već nekako se može izgurati ako nema bolje opcije
