About this villa rental
A four bedroom house (two en suite) in a very quiet road/area with an amazing view of the "Serra de Sintra" from the main rooms of the house and Terraces. 10 minutes walk from Sao Pedro do Estoril beach (one of the best in Estoril Coast) and 7 minutes walk from Sao Pedro do Estoril Train station with direct trains to Lisbon and Cascais. Plenty of outside space to relax and enjoy the sun and amazing views. Big private swimming Pool, Barbecue and Table Tennis. Exterior WC (supporting swimming pool). Exterior Shower and Al fresco Barn Kitchen. Private Parking inside the Villa for up to three cars. The villa doesn't have air conditioning as it doesn't needed (in the winter is quite cold hence the heating system and in the summer is cool). There are a few Restaurants and Coffee Places within 5 minutes walk. Mini Market and Fruit and Vegetable store also 5 minutes walk. We are quite central to several major sporting facilities including surfing, wind-surfing, mountain climbing, Golf and Tennis. Our local beach Sao Pedro do Estoril has two very nice Al fresco dining restaurants and a very nice coffee place on top with a lovely sea view. We are available 24/7 for any questions or advise and always happy to help where we can to ensure you can have a good time. Due to the current worldwide threat we are all facing with Covid 19 we are taking extra care making sure that the Villa is not only cleaned but also disinfected according to the guidelines from the CDC. We are also providing antibacterial hand sanitiser and paper towels in addition to the shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper that we always provide.

The Villa was amazing including breath taking views. The outdoor facilities were outstanding. The house had everything we could have wished for! It easily accommodated a multigenerational family of six and was in close proximity to many restaurants and markets. We highly recommend this villa.

Wir verlebten zu acht ( zwei Familien mit vier Teenagern) eine wunderschöne Woche in Parede. Nach anfänglichen Zittern durften wir unkompliziert genesen/ geimpft von Deutschland einreisen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war jederzeit einfach und erfolgreich. Das Haus ist großräumig, sehr sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Die Bilder stimmen mit der Realität überein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage- fussläufig zum Meer, Restaurants und zum Zug, mit dem wir Lissabon, Cascais und Estoril unkompliziert erreichen konnten. Auch ein Ausflug nach Sintra war ein Muss und einfach realisierbar. Der Pool am Morgen und Abend war ein Genuss. Es ist eine sehr windige Gegend, was wir so nicht erwartet hatten, trotzdem waren bei Momenten der Windstille auch Mahlzeiten draußen möglich.

Dear Ana and Giles,
We will start by saying thank you for giving us a great experience in Portugal. Your villa has created the frames for the best trip. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. There was plenty of space, opportunities for outdoor activities, great views, and cozy decor. We enjoyed making dinners in the large kitchen, with all the equipment one needed. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sun even though it was a bit windy. We had a movie night in the cozy living room. And a couple of table tennis duels were done. The house has everything you need to be able to relax and feel like you are truly on vacation. In addition, the house was clean and we felt very safe in the house.
The location made it easy for us to experience the surroundings. It was great with walking distance to the beach and grocery shopping. And Cascais, Guincho Beach, and Lisbon were easy and cheap to get to with an Über.
The communication before, during, and after the stay has been top-notch and it has been great to be able to get answers to the questions there has been.
We will therefore say thank you to Ana and Giles to let us borrow their beautiful home. And we hope to have the opportunity to come back again another time.
