+ přístup - při předání klíčů provedl a vysvětlil vše co bylo potřeba + čisté, uklizené, vše připravené + prostorné pokoje + zahrádka s posezením pod pergolou + garáž (možnost parkování auta, kočárků, kol) + dostatečně vybavená kuchyň + pákový kávovar
- absence alespoň malého umyvadla na druhé toaletě
