The owner was very helpful. It was an OK place to stay and the kitchenette was well equipped. The interior (incl. the bathrooms) was clean.
I did not realise from the internet presentation (maybe my fault) that this was more an accommodation for (construction) workers than a real hotel/pension. Shared showers and toilets in the corridor (even though the owner was adamant this was clear from the booking com presentation of her building). Hard mattresses. Noise from the corridor and other rooms very loud (poor/cheap construction of the building, not necessarily because of the other guests being loud). Industrial-type of buildings on the neighboring plot. It is an OK place to stay if all hotels in Litomysl are fully booked, but otherwise do not bother.
