the location right on the oceanfront is perhaps the prime location in all of Faja Grande. The offseason rate was excellent value and the surrounding vistas are unparalleled anywhere.
The photos on Booking.com are of a different nearby property that also shows up on Google maps with the same name. We went there first and found a house not ready for use. The directions sent to us via Whatsapp by the property manager led us to the correct location which is much nicer than the photos of the other place. This should be fixed on the listing.

Hemos estado alojados en las casas ubicadas en el paseo marítimo de Faja Grande, cerca de varios restaurantes y frente a unas piscinas naturales y muy cerca de otras dos. Está en un enclave espectaucar con vistas al mar y a la cascada Poço do Bacalhau. La persona que atiende es muy atenta, amable y servicial. Disponible en todo momento contesta por whats app rápidamente a cualquier duda. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario, incluida lavadora. También tenía café de cortesía, aceite, azucar, sal...
Pese a que vinieron a hacer un tratamiento, la casa tiene cucarachas. Cada día de los que estuvimos alojados vimos alguna, vivas y muertas. También hay hormigas. Flores es un lugar húmedo y es más frecuente verlas pero creo que en parte era por las comdiciones en las que se encuentra la casa. Es una casa antigua a la que le falta mantenimiento. El suelo era simple cemento pintado, lo que le daba un aspecto muy descuidado. Paredes desconchadas con humedades, ventanas sucias...La demanda turística es muy alta y la oferta escasa por lo que se aprovechan cobrando precios desorvitados que no se corresponde con el estado de las instalaciones. Espero que regulen esta situación porque es una verdadera vergüenza
