The owner was very friendly and helpful. it is a beautiful property on a hill top with a lovely view. We appreciated the groceries she left for us and that she arranged a cleaning during our stay and change of linens.
Unfortunately we had very cold and rainy weather the whole week we were there and I do not want that to effect my review. We found the need to turn a hot water heater on each time we wanted hot water a bit of a hassle for the price of the accommodation. the master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub with no shower curtain/glass and there is no way to shower without the room being a flooded mess every time. There is no hot tub, but a jacuzzi bathtub. the pool is not heated…we knew this going in and this is not a fault of the property, but if you want to use the pool, you should not come to Crete until June. This is advertised as a private villa, but it is actually the top 2 floors with the property owner living below you on the same property. you are about 15 minutes from Chania by car, so you definitely need a car. it is fairly windy as you are up high and exposed. the knives in the kitchen were dull and difficult to cook with.

the Villa was an amazing experience that added greatly to the success of the trip to Crete. Very well equipped, great swimming pool and big house with an amazing view.
Didi (Diana) was very helpful with recommending us places to see and restaurants and helped us rescheduling a place for dinner after our flight was delayed.

The best place to stay :-)
Nice and quiet, very nice hoasts, private pool and an exelent wiew.
Only 5 minutes by car to supermarkets and 15 minutes to Chania :-)
