It was very close to the city center and you could walk everywhere. The room was nice and quiet and the surroundings were nice. The staff was incredible.

The bed was really hard but otherwise it was immaculate.

I loved everything about this property. From the staff, to the room, and the location, it provided me with the best experience I could have during my two night stay in Porto.

There are no elevators. This really didn’t bother me but for someone who has mobility issues, this could be a real make or break.

Facilities were comfortable

Staff was awful, at least the young lady at the front desk who was extremely rude and made zero effort to accommodate my e-bike. She gave me a room on the third floor even though there were rooms available on lower floors, and I had to carry 100 lbs of bike and luggage to the top floor. To add insult to injury, right before she completed the check in she received a phone call and made me wait 15 minutes just to hand me the key. Really! So unprofessional. She couldn’t even hold the door for me while leaving the office, making it very difficult for me to exit the premises. What a tool of a person. Extremely disappointed at this place.
