Seculo Soft

Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Good location. Good value.

very clean and excellent staff. very helpful

Clean, neat, great shower (water pressure) The kid at the front desk, I think Nathan was his name, he’s a lot more personable and nicer than his boss, that woman.

The bed was too hard, it killed my back, so were the pillows. I believe I told the staff my age, however, the woman put me in the very last floor (4th) Had to climb 66 stairs! Yes, I counted them. No elevator; if that’s not an oversight, I don’t know what is.

Facilities were comfortable

Staff was awful, at least the young lady at the front desk who was extremely rude and made zero effort to accommodate my e-bike. She gave me a room on the third floor even though there were rooms available on lower floors, and I had to carry 100 lbs of bike and luggage to the top floor. To add insult to injury, right before she completed the check in she received a phone call and made me wait 15 minutes just to hand me the key. Really! So unprofessional. She couldn’t even hold the door for me while leaving the office, making it very difficult for me to exit the premises. What a tool of a person. Extremely disappointed at this place.
