Posizione incantevole, casa immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Proprietari gentili, puntuali e molto disponibili. Ambiente pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un luogo ideale per rilassarsi e apprezzare le bellezze della Toscana. Merita sicuramente una visita!

When you think Toscany, this is what you vision: out of the village, set in nature in a true 13th-century house with those charming and fascinating Tuscan ceilings, arched windows, full of character... this is a REAL place with a real feel. While the 3 story house is not designed nor equipped as a palace, it has absolutely everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen which was well used. The bedrooms are particularly spacious with the most comfortable beds one can imagine. Two bathrooms add to the comfort of the family and wifi is available. For me it was mind-blowing to sleep in an 800-year-old bedroom. So quiet, private free parking of course, peace of mind and high accessibility to all parts of Toscany. What made this place really shine is the owner who lives downstairs, Costantino. Fluent in English, Italian and German, he was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. How helpful? He offered to pay my parking ticket at the post office and save me the hassle - and he did! No words to describe how lucky we were to find this place, which has high value for money on top of all the above. We can't wait to return!

Nothing. Maybe in August guests could feel the missing air conditioning, but in early September it was perfect without it as nights are nice and cool.

It is a quiet place in the nature, yet not far from Siena. We loved the atmosphere of the old house and felt comfortable. Kids enjoyed toys and games found here so everybody was happy.
