Apartment in a newly renovated comfortable and welcoming country house, not far from the center of Portoferraio in a quiet and peaceful area.
Located on the first floor consisting of a large living room, kitchen with all appliances, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds (can be joined into a double), two bathrooms. All bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned. The living room has a terrace with a small table and two chairs
Outside are available for guests barbecue with dining table in the shade of a porch, garden lounge in the shade of a large mimosa, and 2000 square meters of garden excellent for outdoor games. The garden is entirely available to guests. More reserved parking spaces on the property. The most beautiful beaches are easily reachable in a few minutes by car and in the immediate vicinity there are restaurants and supermarkets. The small port of San Giovanni is 300 meters away. Suitable for three couples or families. Free Wi-Fi

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss und ist sehr sauber. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist top und das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell. Die Kinder haben den Umschwung geliebt. Schade war nur, dass es immer windig war. Somit konnten wir am Abend nicht gemütlich draussen sitzen. Trotzdem haben wir die Ferien sehr genossen.
