Black Lion Court

Central to the village yet tucked away this lovely upside-down house was ideal for a very hot week with the downstairs bedrooms cooler than upstairs. Beautifully appointed, comfortably furnished, very clean and well cared for. Delightful patio and sitting area at the front. Equally delightful next door neighbour too! Whilst the property is adjacent to the Black Lion Hotel, there was very little intrusion, and being thirty steps from a very good restaurant is a significant compensation. This was a great base for the whole of North Norfolk.

We just about fitted our smallish car in to the allotted parking space, but only because the adjacent space was free all week. This of course is beyond the owner's control. I can have no other complaints.

It was a nice little apartment in an interesting village close to the beaches of North Norfolk. It was nice and clean

There were a few details we felt could take the Black Lion Court from a good holiday let to a great holiday let: - new pillows and duvets -perhaps a small welcome gift. Even a packet of nice biscuits is appreciated - would have been nice to have the handsoap bottles full and a shower gel in bathroom. - laminate and bind the info sheets rather than just leaving looose - fresh rather than silk flowers - there is enough room in the master bedroom for a super king
