Cute little apartment, host non existant

The apartment is cute, rather clean and comfortable. We used the smallest one, that has only one window on the street and might be a bit claustrophobic, but it was cheaper and still ok. The kitchen could be a bit more equipped. What I did not like was the fact that the host is absent. I just had to send my personal data 2 weeks before on email to a company in Como, and then the host does not care anymore. In Morgex a lady was left in charge of checkin and cleaning, she was trying her best, but Whatsapp communication was a bit difficult, we did not know how or where to park the car as the garage was full, nobody checked our documents, we did not know whom to ask about details on the house, like how to operate the dishwasher. I appreciate the affordable price for high season, but I do not like when the host is absent.

Nice apartment with anything available, kind staff at the welcome.

Other guests at the first floor made noise until late night for both the nights during the stay and unfortunately the ground floor is not perfectly silent from the ceiling

Overall good, can improve on some details

Looks like the pictures. The house itself is nice and well kept, good value for money, nice balcony view and firepit. The kitchen has everything you need.

Super narrow parking space under the house, scary to pull in if you have a bigger car. Shower was cold and with just a little trickle of water coming out, impossible taking a shower. The tub upstairs was impossible to use since it's right under the beam that's very very low to the ground. Walls between apartments are paper thin, I wouldn't recommend staying here during major holidays like we did for new year's eve because at 5 in the morning the other apartment was still screaming and there are no rules regarding this. I was given no directions for the check out, left the keys and messaged the property and got no response.

Apartments are generally very spacious. Parking available on site. Comfy bed. Kitchen well equipped.

No wi-fi available in the property. Nowadays this should be a “must have”. In addition in the lower level apartment (#3) there is no mobile signal, so basically you are disconnected from the world. To make a phone call you need to go outside in the street. The furniture is a bit old, especially bathroom needs refurbishment.

Buona soluzione, ma con migliorie necessarie

Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che i 3 appartamenti fossero comunicanti con possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage (a patto che si trovi posto). Molto vicina agli impianti sciistici di Courmayeur

Vanno effettuate migliorie: - più asciugamani (nonostante li avessimo richiesti, non ci sono mai stati portati) - sistemare il pavimento perché davvero scricchiola molta provocando tanto rumore - le docce vanno sostituite perché il getto d’acqua è veramente minimo - Lesnia, la ragazza referente per check-in, check-out, richieste asciugamani eccetera spesso non reperibile

La struttura sicuramente di livello, la comodità(bus per Courmayeur a pochi metri) la gestione dell'host molto cordiale e attenta

La cucina ha poche pentole, le scale non sono a norma di legge, altezza locali idem pavimenti rialzati e con schegge

La casa è carina ma gestita male poiché carente d utensili in cucina (non c era neppure lo scolapasta).

La casa era buia, la cucina sfornita, la pulizia sommaria, mancavano fate piccole accortezze come uno specchio in camera, un attaccapanni in bagno. C’è molto da migliorare.

Bell'appartamento, ma qualcosa da migliorare c'è

Appartamento in stile montagna in un piccolo borgo. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà. Doppio bagno molto comodo. Parcheggio coperto in garage molto apprezzato. Zona tranquilla, attaccata al centro di Morgex e a 15 minuti da Courmayeur.

Il gas non funzionava e anche se hanno risolto, c'è voluto comunque un po' di tempo. Per fortuna c'era una piastra elettrica. Cucina non molto fornita. Mancavano scolapasta, accendigas, strofinacci.

Buona posizione ma poco curato

Situato in una buona posizione per raggiungere La Thuile e Courmayeur. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Parcheggio privato incluso. Staff gentile.

Appartamento non molto pulito (pavimenti sporchi e cuscini macchiati), struttura un po' vecchia, all'interno non c'è campo e non è dotato di WiFi. Pochi "comfort" come tovaglioli, canovacci, pentole. Scarso rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Bello ma da mettere a posto .

La struttura è molto rustica e in linea con il paesaggio un po datata e qualche particolare da sistemare.

Il nostro appartamento numero 9 aveva una caldaia al primo piano di fianco alla camera molto rumorosa, si sentiva fino al terzo piano tutto il giorno e tutta la notte. Il letto all’ultimo piano molto scomodo per arrivarci con una scala di ferro. Il parcheggio piccolo per tutti gli alloggi, una sera dopo essere usciti a cena ci siamo trovati il parcheggio pieno nonostante avessimo 2 appartamenti e ci hanno detto che dovevamo andare a cercare un parcheggio altrove perché altre persone avevano preso tutti i parcheggi..

Struttura bella, servizio insufficiente

Struttura accogliente, molto calda in quanto completamente in legno. In perfetto stile montano e romantica. Comoda per raggiungere anche il monte bianco, Courmayeur e le terme di Pre Saint Didier.

Purtroppo insonorizzazione praticamente assente, si sentivano sia le voci dalla strada che dagli appartamenti limitrofi. Le stoviglie in cucina erano scarse e dei 4 fornelli solo 1 era funzionante. Non è presente il Wi-Fi. La tv non permetteva la visione di tutti i canali e nonostante sia stato fatto presente il problema non è stato risolto.

L ambientazione tipica della montagna valdostana, il buon letto, il piccolo borgo, il garage chiuso.

La scarsissima coibentazione acustica rispetto alla scala che serve il garage e rispetto al piano superiore .
