Cozy place with tasty foods

Taste of food is very good. We can meet with Peacocks and capybaras. Very calm place. Boat to go to private beach.

Room and staff is not special. Only two tennis rackets, lacking of billiard balls.

A hotel great for families and nice for couples

Staff was very nice and friendly. Shared facilities were very clean. The most expensive room, "de Luxo", is nice but the room I was told is the one referred on booking as Deluxe room is awful with an old air conditioning system that is too loud. It should be updated. From the prices I was told, it does not make sense the difference in price between the rooms. The difference should be at least 30% and not a 5-10%.

When arriving to the hotel the room did not match the photos on my booking reservation. I was told I had booked a standard room when I complained upon arrival and was given another room as an upgrade. However when I checked on booking my reservation was for a Deluxe Double Room with photos matching my alleged upgraded room. I thought I was given the right room and that someone had made a mistake by giving me the prior one. I was shocked at the check out when told I was going to be charged a difference because the Deluxe room was different from the "De Luxo" category I had stayed in. If that is the case the hotel MUST update the photos of the Deluxe Double room since they match the ones of the "de luxo" category and not the alleged standard one. I was left without understanding the room categories because I thought there were 3: standard, Deluxe and apartment but at the check out I was told the Deluxe double room was different from the De luxo category, so they must have 4 kinds of rooms. Can't imagine what the standard room looks like if the Deluxe was the one I was given initially.

Começando pela divergência de horários do check sinalizado no booking e na recepção, depois o imenso atraso para check in devido indisponibilidade de quarto, quarto bem sujo parece que foi limpo às pressas, chuveiro com os jatos tortos e grande parte entupido. Janela do quarto sem vedação entra muito vento e como fez frio no dia não foi legal. Horário das refeições poderiam ser adiantados, outro ponto sobre as refeições pouca variedade e qualidade questionável. Um ponto de atenção é a interação das capivaras com o local, como são animais silvestres existe risco nesta interação, principalmente como podemos observar algumas machucadas e com bastante carrapato, sem conta a grande quantidade de fezes espalhadas pelo gramado.

Maravilhoso

Foi uma estadia incrível, lugar de paz. Ponto forte, catamarã que leva a praia. Stand-up e caiaque incluído na diária. Gostei muito do jantar. Funcionário simpáticos, a Melissa da recepção, o rapazinho dos caiaque e o piloto do catamarã. Piscina gigante e a noite a visita de centenas de capivaras.

El parque es un sueño!

El parque que tienen es gigante, muy bien cuidado, con los pavos reales que caminan por al lado, hermoso. Tambien la zona de la pileta es muy linda. Nos encanto la playa privada con reposeras y sombrillas, y que te lleven en un catamaran! La animacion para los chicos, excelente, mi hijo no se queria ir del hotel. Hasta les dan de comer a los animales. Hermoso todo.

No me gusto la habitacion. Muy incomoda para cuatro personas, no hay casi donde guardar la ropa. Las camas son muy incomodas. Ademas es demsiado antigua para el precio que se paga. No se condice con el resto del hotel. Una lastima porque con poco podria ser muy superior la experiencia.

Eu e minha família curtimos muito, praia, piscina, balsa, caiaque e boa alimentação, recomendo.

Café da manhã farto e variados, mas senti falta de pão ou bolo sem glúten e sem leite animal.

Senti falta da pulseira de identificação para as crianças. E sugiro que os prestadores de serviços extras, tipo Jet ski tenham localizador, porque desapareceu um adulto com duas crianças que deixou familiares, hóspedes e profissionais muito apreensivos e preocupados com a ocorrência.

O hotel tem acesso à praia através de um catamarã. Isso é o ponto alto do hotel. A meia estadia, com café e jantar incluídos facilita muito para família com crianças e idosos (gostei das refeições, muito bem preparadas, bastante variedade)

Os quartos estão em péssima condições (colchões velhos, toalhas velhas). O banheiro é muito ruim (chuveiro difícil de ajustar a temperatura da água (esquenta e esfria de repente), descarga do vaso sanitária fraca. Precisam urgente de melhorias.

La piscina y la cercanía a la playa. El mesero Antonio, que atiende muy bien. Hay muchas aves, kapibaras y otros animales que se pueden ver de cerca

Poco aseo, hormigas siempre en sabanas nuevas. Excremento de perro que no es limpiado. Cortes de luz varios días, disminución de la oferta de comida sin justificación ni aviso, precios excesivos en los bares de playa y de hotel. Toallas muy pequeñas. Se averió el aire acondicionado (y es un país muy caluroso). Ponen Smart TV en las habitaciones, pero no se pueden conectar a internet. Caja fuerte de habitación no tiene llave ni Digitador de claves con que se pueda usar. Sala de juegos inutilízable, con instalaciones viejas y en malas condiciones y sin mantención y sin aire acondicionado. Cancha de tenis sin un camino que lleve a la cancha. Salvo por el mesero Antonio del restaurante, que atiende muy bien, el resto del personal es despreocupado en la atención. Ofrece ser un gran hotel con distintos servicios con los que no cumple. No se pasa mal, pero es uno el que les tiene que tener paciencia, y no se cumplen los standares promocionados. Hay un área de comedor que se publicita que en realidad no existe.
