the place , the garden the room were spectacular, everything so beautiful, the area is so quite and poeple nice

the bed is the unfaithful truth, very very small for 2 people, and hard like a stone

Good value for money (we needed one night stay in transit to another country), the room is clean and has a balcony. The pets are welcomed. Personnel was friendly and welcomed us despite a late check-in after midnight. Comfortable rigid mattress.

The pipe under the sink was leaking, creating a puddle underneath. We stayed in January, so it was cold to sleep and the blankets were really short and light. There is a strong smell in the bathroom and the toilet button was defective - once you flush, the water keeps going until you manage to fix it manually.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff — they were friendly.

We booked a deluxe room, but it looked worse than the cheapest economy rooms we’ve seen elsewhere. The room was dirty, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and there were insects on the walls. The bathroom ceiling was swollen, and the dresser was broken — only the top drawer could be opened; the others were completely stuck or damaged. The hairdryer didn’t work. We informed reception, and they quickly brought us a replacement — small and dirty, but still, thanks for the effort. There was no remote control for the air conditioner at first, and once we received one, the AC blew for a few minutes and then stopped working entirely. Despite the staff doing their best, the condition of the hotel was very disappointing.
