The apartment (and the whole house) is either newly built or completely refurbished. Our apartment was very comfy, spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, above average. The view from both balconies is splendid. The house is virtually by the sea and there is a nice promenade walk just next to it. Within the walking distance 3-5min there is a restaurant (tasty local dishes) and grocery store as well as bakery.
We enjoyed our stay very much, even though the weather was bad, but it was end of the season. During the season the only thing that can be of a little disadvantage that you have to walk to the local beach approx.10min (but very pleasant promenade walk). The sea side by the house is predominately for boats and scooters, making it a perfect location for people with such equipment
