Помешкання досить просторе, комфортне. Є балкон, шафа, велике ліжко. В номері є електрочайник, пакетики з чаєм та кавою, цукор, сіль, спеції. Є елекроплита та посуд, можна готувати їжу самостійно.

Знаходиться трохи далеко від пляжів та центру міста, проте близько від автобусної зупинки на трасі. Підйом вгору від моря трохи виснажливий.
