Para quem goste de estar na Natureza e precise de descansar, está casa é um verdadeiro paraiso!
O silêncio, as.paisagens, os trilhos e tudo o que há para explorar a pé à nossa volta vão deixar saudades. E a Mônica e o Ricardo são verdadeiramente simpáticos e disponíveis. Adorámos e queremos voltar!

A localização, o ambiente e o conforto da casa, a envolvência, as vistas da casa, a vizinhança (as inúmeras vacas barrosãs que percorriam a aldeia), o espaço exterior da casa - o baloiço para as crianças, o campo traseiro virado a sul com as espreguiçadeiras, as mesas de apoio-, a lareira. A simpatia e o acolhimento dos anfitriões atendendo aos nossos pedidos e providenciando com genuína vontade.

We loved everything about this property ! The owners are lovely and very welcoming. The houses,the wild animals,the waterfalls ... everything is perfect for a few days away from the busy world we live in .

Our hosts were warm, friendly and very accomodating, even meeting us in the middle of the night to ensure we get to the location well! The house itself is a traditional-styled modern cottage made of moss-covered stone and wood interiors, in the middle of a quaint village with other moss-covered stone houses. Despite its rustic look, it comes with all the facilities one would expect at a modern home, and we didn't find anything lacking. The wood burning fireplace is great to gather around at the end of the evening, but one can also use the built-in electric heaters if the night gets too cold. The air is envigorating, the views are relentlessly gorgeous, and there are dozens of trails to explore nearby.
The house shares a yard with a second, similar house. This is fine as there's enough space for both, and each house has their own outdoor table and BBQs. However, we were suprised when our neighbor parked his car in his half of the yard. It didn't encroach or impose on us in any way, but it did make things a bit less quaint. Aside from that, one should expect that the wooden floors will creak loudly, which may be a concern if you have light sleepers or babies. If you need groceries, you may need to drive to the closest village, about 12km away, at least according to Google Maps. Only MEO cell coverage (but it's good enough for video calls). We didn't feel that any of this detracted majorly from the experience.
