The apartment was so comfortable and easy to get to. It was close to all amenities and the centre of town. It was very warm and spacious. Definitely go back again.
Nothing really. It was more than I could have asked for. I think the washing machine and clothes dryer were possibly in basement and it looked dark and creepy so maybe make that more user friendly and light it up or something.

Perfekte Lage an der Rü. Für die Lage sehr ruhig. Geräumige Dusche. Sehr großes Schlafzimmer. Vielzahl elektrischer und elektronischer Geräte. Im Sommer steht Terasse mit Grill zur Verfügung. Verwalterin freundlich und bemüht.
Verwirrende Vielzahl an selbstverliebten Informationen durch den Vermieter. Nach Erhalt der Zahlung will der Vermieter nicht mehr kontaktiert werden. Die Bilder geben die Relation zwischen winziger Wohnküche und geräumigem Schlafzimmer nicht wieder. Möbel teilweise stark beschädigt oder nicht benutzbar. Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung steht im Keller. Hausflur wird nicht gereinigt. Kein TV in Wohnküche. Selbst die Verwalterin bekommt das "versteckte" Wifi nicht mit einem Laptop verbunden. Eklatantes Mißverhältnis zwischen High-End-Geräten und fehlenden Selbstverständlchkeiten. Luxus-Kaffeemaschine plus Espresso-Automat gleichen fehlende Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kleiderbügel, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett oder TV ohne Anschluß nicht aus. Die freundliche, aber überforderte Verwalterin kann zumeist nicht weiterhelfen.
