Cubo's Villa La Quinta

La Quinta is a semi-detached house with a very nice, large private garden. The garden has a great swimming pool, comfortable outdoor seats and nice views of the beautiful landscape with green hills. In front of the house is a big private parking with an automatic fence, facing a business area. Inside the house is a large living with comfortable chairs and sofas, a large tv, wifi, etc. Three spacious bedrooms and two small, but sufficient and well functioning bathrooms. A fully equipped, large kitchen with dining area completes the interior. The house was very clean upon arrival. Overall high quality in all aspects. La Quinta is located near the centre (3 km.) of Alhaurin el Grande where various shops, restaurants, bars and icecream parlours can be found. We can recommend El Luga, O Sole Mio (restaurants) and Solano (ice). A big supermarket (Carrefour) is only a 10 minutes drive away. Furthermore La Quinta is conveniently located for day-visits to highlights like Malaga (Alegría Flamenco !), Ronda, Mijas, El Torcal, Setenil de las Bodegas, Gibraltar, Benalmadena (butterfly garden !), etc. The contact with our host Emi went very smoothly and friendly.

Now and then some noise from barking dogs and from music of the fitnessclub in the business area (between 19:00 and 21:00 h.) but this didn’t spoil our holiday :-)

Nos gustó el trato directo con la anfitriona, una persona super simpática y pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Quedamos para recoger las llaves y fue todo muy bien.

Conocemos la zona y con coche se llega a Alhaurín en seguida, pero sí que cuando uno quiere pasear por la ciudad u otra ciudad cercana necesita el coche. El gimnasio que hay detrás a veces es un poco ruidoso, pero nada exagerado. La zona en general es tranquila.

Very clean, very comfortable and very nicely finished. Only 3 minutes to the local town. The views are great.
