Super ausgestattet und Kontakt mit der Vermieterin wunderbar! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, nette Nachbarn, großer Balkon.
Zweite Schlafzimmer zu klein, kein Kleiderschrank und Balkon könnte schöner.

Sehr hell durch große Fensterfront
WC- Papier und Staubsauger vorhanden.
- Schmutziger, übel riechender Hausflur (Biergeruch)
- Fußleisten z.T. defekt, v.a. vor der Küche
- Plissees/ Rollos beschädigt
- Becher/ Gläser sehr oll..
- Beschichtung sämtlicher Pfannen zerkratzt und defekt
- Duschtrennwand alt und z.T. undicht
- Balkon schmutzig
- Wohnung insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig
