The location. Everything Was accessible. The apartment was very modern . The bed was ok but the sofa bed not! Microwave would be great. My kids loved it!

The sofa bed. It was very unstable we opted not to use it. The sofa was too small for 3. We could lock the doors in the apartment. Like toilet and bedroom.

Very good location - at a stone's throw from the ferry and about 15 minutes walk to the Świnoujście Centrum railway station where the UBB (Usedom Bäderbahn) runs services on all the lines on the island. The modern apartment (5/43) is equipped with everything you need. The comfortable sofa in the living room allows you to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

It would be more convenient to leave the keys in a lock box instead of going to the office in Matejki St. But we realize that it's necessary because you have to pay a municipal tax.😉

Pobyt nad morzem to zawsze dobry pobyt :)

Lokalizacja w pobliżu przeprawy promowej. Blisko centrum... jak z resztą wszędzie :) (bo to nie jest duże miasto). Apartament w nowym budynku - dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Do apartamentu należy taras na którym był zestaw wypoczynkowy (niestety, podczas naszego pobytu cały czas padało więc nie skorzystaliśmy)

Gospodarze w wyposażeniu podają: "ekspres do kawy" - mogliby uprzedzić o tym że to ekspres przelewowy i należy przyjechać z własnymi filtrami ;). Po klucze trzeba zgłosić się pod inny adres - w naszym przypadku wysiedliśmy z promu tuż przy apartamencie i z bagażami musieliśmy spacerować w jedną (1,5 km) i drugą stronę... (padało)

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem . Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und auch die Lage perfekt .

Leider war das wlan schlecht und der tv hatte keine große Senderauswahl

Pobyt 9 nocy

Apartament położony w doskonałym miejscu. Bardzo blisko przeprawy promowej, do plaży spacerkiem 20-25 minut, w okolicy sklepy (również Lidl i Biedronka), restauracje, rynek, port. Wszędzie można dojść pieszo. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, toster, mikrofala, ekspres do kawy, płyta ceramiczna, żelazko, odkurzacz. Na wyposażeniu również niezbędne środki chemiczne, kosmetyki, ręczniki, koce, pościel, garnki, naczynia. Niczego nie brakowało. Apartament przytulny, czysciutki, z ładnym balkonem, dwie windy. Doskonały kontakt z gospodarzem. Polecam nawet na dłuższy pobyt, ja byłam naprawdę zadowolona.

Przy dłuższym pobycie na plus byłaby pralka, której brakuje na wyposażeniu. Odbiór i zwrot kluczy w biurze oddalonym około 10-15 minut (pieszo) od apartamentu. Dla mnie akurat to nie był problem ale myślę, że może to być istotna informacja dla innych wynajmujących.

Dobre miejsce na wypoczynek

Lokalizacja idealna, blisko przeprawy promowej na drugą stronę na dworzec PKP. Tuż obok Biedronka i Lidl, Żabki itp. 20minut spacerkiem przez Park Zdrojowy nad morzem.

Byliśmy w czwórkę, na zdjęciach były 3 krzesła, poprosiliśmy o czwarte ale bez odzewu. Dostaliśmy miejsce parkingowe płatne - jeśli masz auto typu kombii i miejsce parkingowe na piętrze 1 to może być mega problem z podjazdem. Jakby co tuż obok bloku przy ulicy płatne miejsca miejskie. Brakowało najzwyklejszej kuchenki mikrofalowej na wyposażeniu.

Einmal reicht!

Sie war sehr groß, es gab 2 Balkone. Die Küchenzeile ebenfalls groß, der Kühlschrank verfügte über ein Gefrierfach. Ausreichend Teller, Besteck, Töpfe… es gab Spülmittel, Seife, schwamm… genügend Handtücher, Schlüssel Übergabe problemlos!

Das Bett war furchtbar! Wir mussten auf der Couch schlafen, die Matratze war viel zu weich! (Bei Mitteilung an Gastgeber erfolgte keine Änderung an der Schlafsituation) Im Kühlschrank waren die Einlegeböden locker. Die Toilette war sehr niedrig, das Waschbecken im Bad im Vergleich super hoch. Die Stühle auf dem Balkon waren nicht gut.

Eine schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und wir mochten, dass viele Handtücher vorhanden waren. Ebenso war die Wohnung sehr modern ausgestattet, was mir optisch sehr gefallen hat!

Wir haben leider keinen Schlüssel für das immer abgeschlossene Müll Häuschen bekommen. Was leider noch viel schlimmer war, war, dass wir keinen Schlüssel hatten, um vom Inneren des Gebäudes in die Tiefgarage zu kommen, die leider zu jeder Zeit immer abgeschlossen war. Als wir unseren Schlüssel für die Garagen Einfahrt einmal im Auto haben liegen lassen, kamen wir von keiner Seite mehr in die Tiefgarage zu unserem Auto. Das war sehr schlecht gehandhabt, da wir dann ewig nach einer Person schauen mussten, die uns die Tür zur Tiefgarage aufschließen konnte! Vielleicht wurde es vergessen, uns weitere Schlüssel auszuhändigen, aber das sollte beim nächsten Mal anders gemacht werden.

Alles Dinge, mit denen wir gut leben konnten und die Wohnung trotzdem wieder mieten würden. Wir empfehlen sie definitiv

- sehr modern und komfortabel - sehr gut ausgestattet - Liebe zum Detail - ruhig - zentral gelegen

- Matratzen etwas weich - Die Schlafcouch ist nicht zu empfehlen und recht klapprig - Wasserdruck (vor allem beim Duschen) sehr gering - Toilette zwar gereinigt, aber noch Spuren vorhanden ;-)
