Motel is conveniently located in Grafton close to supermarket and other shops. Room was well equipped, but fairly compact in size. Comfortable overall, although the bed was a little firm.

Everything you need for an overnight stay. Maybe 2.5 rather than 3 star standard, but very adequate. Rooms are upstairs, so might be difficult for those with bad knees or mobility issues. Gratefully accommodated, thank you to Civic Motel staff.

We stayed overnight on the drive from Sydney to Brisbane. It was perfect. Older style, comfortable and perfect for an overnight stop.
Positives: 1. there was crockery and cutlery so we could enjoy the takaway meal we had, 2. Good lighting in the room (most motels have dim lights making any work difficult), 3. The room and bathroom were properly cleaned, 4. Very pleasant staff ( we arrived after the office had closed and due to a problem with the booking site they could not pass on the details about room access, however I had no problem contacting the manager).
I will make this my routine stop in the future.
