An end-terrace, whitewashed cottage in Threshfield, set over three floors by Linton Falls, that sleeps up to seven people in three bedrooms.
Dales Cottage is an end-terrace cottage is set over three floors on the outskirts of Threshfield, a stone's throw from Linton Falls in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage has a first floor king-size double with en-suite, a first floor twin and a second floor attic twin with pull-out stacker bed, together with a first floor bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen with a dining table and AGA, a sitting room with a woodburner, as well as a downstairs WC and utility. There are permits for off road parking provided and a pub serving food within walking distance, great for walkers! Dales Cottage is an excellent base. Please note: This property only allows Monday and Friday check ins. Please note: During School holiday this property only accepts week long bookings starting on a Monday or Friday.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Gas AGA with oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine in utility, TV with Freeview, DVD with bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel, power and all fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car in public car park opposite cottage, permit provided and roadside parking for 1 car outside property. One well-behaved dog welcome. Although dogs are welcome in the cottage it is requested that they do not go upstairs or on the furniture out of respect for future guests. Cot & Highchair available on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 10 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor and sloping ceilings in attic twin room. Please note: This property only allows Monday and Friday check ins. Please note: During School holiday this property only accepts week long bookings starting on a Monday or Friday.
