Friendly staff, close to train station, convenient and cozy

Walking distance from the train station, so very conveniently located. Also walking distance from the town "center", with cafés and places to eat. The breakfast was good. And the staff was very nice and friendly!

A pleasent stay in Pirmasens

The location was superb and the staff were friendly. They helped me find nearby restaurants and the room was clean. The bed was comfy too.

Not blaming the hotel management directly, but since my room was right next to the road and it was a weekend, couldn't have a sound sleep because of all the people partying and shouting outside.

Everyone was very nice, from the lady at the reception, to the people serving breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station, ideal for business travels.

Very bad experience

Inflexible check-in hours. We arrived within the confirmed check-in window, however hotel was closed and no staff was available, not even by phone. Were forced to book, last minute, another hotel in town. Hotel marked this as a no-show and charged full price. Poor customer service and poor follow up.

This hotel is by far the best one I’ve been to in Pirmasens. This “family” hotel seems much better than any professional

Décevant et trompeur le grand lit double n'existe pas

L'emplacement

J'ai pris une chambre sois disant avec un grand lit double. Malheureusement il s'agit plutôt deux petit lit mis côte à côte avec des matelas pas du tout confortable il n'y a même pas ni sur matelas ni couverture correct que quelques petit plaid qui couvrent. Avec ma compagne, nous étions obligés de dormir dans le sens opposé des matelas et nous n'avons pas pu dormir par manque de couverture surtout en cette periode d'hiver. C'est decevant

Tolles Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt völlig in Ordnung.

Nettes kleines Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage. Unser Zimmer war blitzsauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel. Die Innenstadt in 5 Minuten bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Tolles Frühstück (mit 14€ pro Person aber nicht ganz günstig) mit grosser Auswahl.

Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war offenbar kaputt, dieser also nicht funktionsfähig. Es gab leider nur SEHR dünne Sommerdecken und nur eine Fleecedecke im Schrank für 2 Personen. Die Heizung hat nur im Bad funktioniert. Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen beengt.

Eine Weiterempfehlung wert

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Parkmöglichkeiten und solides und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig. Gute Lage.

Das Bad war doch sehr klein, gerade für meine Statur war es beengt.. Das Hotel ist nicht für Personen geeignet, die Barrierefreiheit benötigen.

Das supersympatische Personal, das hervorragende, großartig präsentierte, Frühstück und die Lage nah an der Stadtmitte.

Komme wieder!

Es gibt auf dem Gelände genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Das Ambiente im Innenbereich (Rezeption, Frühstücksräume, Aufenthaltsbereich und Zimmer) ist ansprechend und sauber. Das Personal ist freundliche und engagiert.

Das Zimmer war aufgrund nur eines Fensters in einer Nische etwas dunkel. Ich habe dort aber auch andere Zimmer gesehen, die schön hell waren. Das ist also kein prizipielles Problem in diesem Hotel.

Zeer goed en een must als tussenstop voor onze reis naar Oostenrijk

Op het eerste zicht buiten waren we toch wel sceptisch maar een maal binnen veranderde ons standpunt naar ‘mooi gerenoveerd’. Eenmaal op de kamer waren we echt zeer optimistisch, alles kraaknet en goed geordend. Het ontbijt viel ook reuze mee, meer dan genoeg om niet te zeggen rijkelijk en lekker vers.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer großzügig gestaltet. Frühstück sehr lecker, vielfältig und ausreichend vorhanden. Zentrale Lage zur Stadtmitte. Preis-Leistung OK, würden jederzeit wieder Buchen.

Ist nur eine Empfehlung, wenn Einhebelmischer in der Dusche mal defekt ist, bitte gegen Thermostat Batterie ersetzten. Hintergrund, wenn mehrere Leute Duschen, muss ständig nachgestellt werden.

Freundliches Hotel. Absolut passend für meine Zwecke.

Trotz zentraler Lage nachts sehr ruhig. Sehr, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleines, gemütliches Zimmer. Habe es weitestgehend nur zum schlafen und waschen benutzt und dafür war es völlig in Ordnung zu einem fairen Preis.

Balkon eher nicht so einladend mit Blick in eine Hausecke. War vermutlich früher mal ein Mehrfamilienhaus und irgendwie merkt man das.
