Anwesen von Verkehrsstraße ausreichend entfernt, dass Lage sehr ruhig ist (aber auch nicht viel Verkehr).
Wohnung sehr großzügig, sehr sauber und alles vorhanden (auch Waschmaschine).
In der Küche alles vorhanden.
Parkplatz relativ groß, dass Rangieren null Probleme bereitete (auch 2 E-Ladesäulen vorhanden).
Lage für die östliche Erkundung des Chianti-Gebietes, Florenz und Arezzo sehr gut.
Poolpumpe war auf der Terasse zu hören. Lief immer wieder für eine halbe Stunde.
Aussicht in die Landschaft war auf der Terasse nicht gegeben (dafür aber Windgeschützt).
Stühle waren für längeres Sitzen nicht sehr bequem.

Beautiful setting. First floor access with patio was easy access. Multiple baths were nice and bed was comfortable.
Ants in the kitchen. Showers took a little preparation so not to get water everywhere.
