La calme, l isolement Le cadre et la vue La qualité de la maison La confiance des propriétaires
L aboiement des chiens le matin (c'est histoire de mettre quelque chose mais on est à la campagne et dans un bourg isolé, laissons les vivre ces chiens 😅)

La localisation dans un joli hameau, dans une belle campagne La belle maison aux pierres de gré rouge et aux poutres apparentes La vue sur le vallon L'accessibilité avec un grand parking La communication aisée et courtoise avec la personne en charge de la maison
La maison n'est pas équipée d'un chauffage central. Des radiateurs électriques étaient installés un peu partout et n'ont pas suffi à chauffer correctement cette maison de pierre en ce week-end glacial. Le circuit électrique ne semble pas suffisant pour supporter une telle mise en chauffe.
