Our stay at this property was super nice, primarily due to the outstanding hospitality we received. The hosts, Manolis and Maria, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, effortlessly claiming the top spot as the best hosts I have ever encountered. Not only do they run a fantastic pizzeria on-site (which serves truly delicious, must-try pizzas) but they also went above and beyond to enrich our travel experience. They provided invaluable local insights that helped us explore the surroundings and even took the initiative to arrange our taxi for the return journey. Our room was cleaned regularly and they gave us a red wine as a gift:D Overall, the property is representing a perfect balance between price and performance. Next time "I will consider the two-bedroom apartment with balcony" option :D

Regarding the areas that could use improvement, certain parts of the property appear to require minor renovations. The online photographs present a highly vibrant depiction, whereas the actual room felt a bit more understated, though it remains entirely acceptable. As a constructive suggestion, installing proper curtains instead of basic sunblinds would significantly enhance the room's comfort. Additionally, implementing further measures on the doors and windows to prevent mosquitoes would be highly beneficial. Lastly, the absence of a washing machine was an issue at first (especially considering this was a seaside vacation), but we managed to solve the issue by bringing a supply of clothing.

Beautiful area, quiet, calm and peaceful. The room had all we needed - a small kitchen, a bathroom and a great terrace with chairs and a table. The bed was absolutely amazing, comfortable, with clean sheets and towels every other day (the cleaner comes every 2 days which I think it’s perfect). The property has a backyard with an amazing view to watch sunsets. The beach is around 10 minutes walk away from the house and there are many stores and restaurants in the area. We recommend renting a car to get the most out of the island’s beautiful landscapes. It was our first time in Rhodes and definitely not the last.

Very little except the size of the balcony and the fact that the lighting was good.

The noise from the building works opposite that started just after 7 a.m every day except on Sunday. On one occasion we had two mechanical diggers working plus one large crane and a crew of builders hammering banging and drilling etc which was far from pleasant. Two buildings are under construction. Also the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. There were no net curtains to give any privacy even though the apartments were facing a block of residential apartments. Overall we were very disappointed as we had deliberately booked our stay late in the season to have a quiet break and all we got was constant noise.
